Throughout her career Ms. Casias has led and managed cross-functional programs, delivering under tight deadlines and performing to the expectations of multiple stakeholders. With proven successes for delivering services for long term contracts for Fortune 500 clients, educational, municipal, and corporate sectors. Justina brings a solid base of expertise throughout the IT environment while integrating business objectives. Ms. Casias’s enjoyment comes from realizing our client’s goals and objectives, working with, and developing team members and accepting new challenges. One such new challenge is the inception of JW Affinity IT. As Co-Owner of JW along with Mr. Gainey, they strive to bring their expertise to customers. William Gainey is a seasoned executive with 25+ years of Information Technology (IT) and Program Management experience. Mr. Gainey’s core competencies cover operations, infrastructure, and IT lifecycle management, with a demonstrated track record of being on time, within budget, and delivering results that exceed customer expectations. He has earned a reputation as a creative problem solver who is adept at implementing proactive and cost-effective solutions. Whether working as an independent direct report or as a member of a team, his history of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, managers, subordinates and peers has provided longevity in a sometimes-volatile IT marketplace. Mr. Gainey’s passion originates from his success in the high-tech sector, running company-wide operational functions and leading large-scale projects, from inception to successful completion, while making/executing sound strategic decisions. As Co-Owner of JW along with his business partner, Justina Casias, they strive to bring our expertise to our clients. Christopher Allen has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry across all areas of IT operations. As the Director of Operations, his knowledge areas range across service desk, desktop operations, data administration, security, change management, telecommunications and network management. Mr. Allen is proficient in leading change management and risk management efforts, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. His strong beliefs in the importance of a process guided IT environment, led within the ITIL framework for creation, implementation and continuous improvement of those processes has led to successful management for customer’s IT Operations. He is motivated to provide leadership in IT strategy, operations, cost-optimization, innovation and efficiency. As a results-driven management professional with first-rate skills in directing full cycles for complex, multi-site programs and initiatives, Mr. Allen has had the opportunity to deliver substantial revenue, productivity, and quality improvements through well-managed, on-time projects. Keyan Shod is a seasoned Director of Technology Services with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, he has a well-rounded IT background of infrastructure management and software development. Over this time, his experience in planning, developing and implementing state of the art information solutions and facilitating corporate growth, provides him a unique perspective when working on a resolution. He specializes in identification of new technologies, innovative solutions and incorporating them into customer environments. The benefits of implementing these new technologies are that our customers realize value and streamline business processes. Working with IT steering committees to establish strategic direction of the Company's information systems as well as executing the strategy has provided him a prospective view on multifaceted environments. Mr. Shod finds satisfaction in developing and implementing technical and service-oriented solutions for our customers’ most complex issues. His goals parallel those of the JW Affinity IT team in that he strives to help our clients overcome their challenges from a technological perspective.
