Engaged for IT Asset refresh for Fortune 200 OEM Mfg Company

This client had multiple challenges in their end user computing environment.  Assets were over five years old and end users were struggling with equipment reliability and functionality.  The previous large scale refresh was perceived as a bad experience with end users.  Thus, they were looking for a new approach, processes, support and tracking to undertake a global refresh initiative. 

The team led a successful program, refreshing 7,000 assets across seven locations over an eight month period with a 94% end user satisfaction scoring led by an independent company.
